Cancellation and Refund Policy

At TECH GURU, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing and brand-building services to our clients. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which our services are managed. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Agreements All services provided by TECH GURU are governed by a formal service agreement signed between TECH GURU and the client. The terms of this policy are a part of that agreement. In the absence of specific terms in the agreement, the provisions of this policy will apply.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Client-Initiated Cancellation: Clients may request to cancel their services by providing a written notice via email to TECH GURU at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date. Despite cancellation, the client is liable to pay in full for all work completed, resources allocated, and any costs incurred by TECH GURU up to the date of termination.

• TECH GURU-Initiated Cancellation: TECH GURU reserves the right to cancel services immediately and without prior notice if:

  • The client fails to make payments as per the agreed schedule.

  • The client engages in behaviour that violates the terms of the service agreement or is deemed unprofessional or harmful to our team.

  • The client fails to provide necessary information or collaboration required to perform the services.

3. Refund Policy

• No Refund Policy: All payments made to TECH GURU for any service are final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstance. This policy is absolute and applies to all clients.

• Non-Refundable Payments: This no-refund policy includes, but is not limited to:

  • All initial setup fees, onboarding charges, consultation fees, and strategy session payments.

  • Monthly service retainers and fees.

  • Any upfront payments or deposits for campaigns and services.

• Effect of Cancellation on Refunds: Cancellation of any service, whether initiated by the client or by TECH GURU, will not result in a refund for any amount already paid. No partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for any reason. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.

4. Disputes In the event of a disagreement regarding our services or policies, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the governing laws and jurisdiction outlined in TECH GURU’s primary Service Agreement.

5. Modifications to This Policy TECH GURU reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our official website. Continued engagement of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
